1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DTT Training website and online training platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DTT Training ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Promptly update your account information if it changes.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course Access and Intellectual Property

3.1 License to Access

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to:

  • Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials (including videos, documents, quizzes, and other content) except as explicitly permitted.
  • Share your account credentials or course access with others.
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes, including resale, redistribution, or derivative works.

3.2 Ownership

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, graphics, quizzes, and certificates, is the property of DTT Training or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing access to a course does not transfer ownership of any content.

3.3 Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued based on your individual performance and are non-transferable. Certificates are verifiable through our platform and represent completion of the associated course material.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are final at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added to the purchase price.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

4.3 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. 4.4 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds may not be available if you have substantially completed the course content (more than 25% of lessons viewed).
  • Subscription refunds are available only for the current billing period.
  • Refund requests should be directed to us through our Contact page.

We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
